It's just going to burn the batteries and motor out quickly. It will mess up the scooter. Buy one that goes that fast. A scooter that goes 19 mph factory with nothing bought for extra speed has no reason to go quicker.

this only changes the speed odometer, not the velocity of the scooter itself. if you want to make that little scooter fast you'll have to spend big bucks to make that happen.
