@littlemissmonroe: Caught on of my daily pondering sessions on camera 💁🏽♀️😂 but honestly I’m intrigued at how neurodivergent brains are a minority in this world. The opposite just makes no sense to me #autism #tismtok #neurospicy #neurotypical
i understand that social hierarchy and hierarchy in workplaces exists, I don't understand why people care so much about it.

My ‘tism wonders too and I always think about the Victorian style of society really messing with a lot of people’s programming and that style of society was prevalent. I think it totally is out of fear, they don’t have enough competent value in ways outside of social hierarchy, so the power structure must remain about social hierarchy or they’d be ousted from their position of power.

Girl this aspect is so hard for me, when everyone is scared of the boss or are trying to suck up to them for me they are just someone that manages my work and gives advice and I just respect them.... This can be problematic for them

Which is funny because when I try to use people, the neurotypical’s will know about it but with some Neurotypicals, I’m not saying all of them when they try to use people. I feel like they can be a bit more sneaky about it.

We don’t know that’s “most people” we just know THEY named themselves “typical” I doubt they’re the majority in numbers

social safety. there's safety in numbers and you have to have a fair amount of charisma or charm to keep people together. if everyone just picks each other apart, they might not stick together, thus lacking that safety from community

Unfortunately, evolution isn’t built on truth, just survival. At some point in our evolutionary history, there would have been a circumstance where prioritizing social order at all costs directly affected or ability to reproduce, so that characteristic came to be in the vast majority of humans. But surviving is clearly not the same as thriving, and we can see that in the way things have been playing out. I do have hope though that at some point in humanity’s future, this will get better. A forward trajectory isn’t guaranteed, but it looks promising considering how social norms have changed so much (in a good way), that directly worked against the human impulse to prioritize the social hierarchy. So there’s proof this can change 😊
