Make sure you measure head and don’t remove stickers before trying on they don’t do exchanges! Also my first hat faded in sun ☀️now got new one and didn’t realize it was too big till I took all the stickers off now they won’t do anything! As I thought it was the right size. Definitely won’t be buying from them again, poor customer service. Should’ve learned the first time cause they also did nothing to help when my first hat faded from sun. Less than helpful. @Ponyback Ponytail Hats
