im pretty sure its King Fish and not shark lol...thanks for trying but you miss some sauces Tamarind sauce, garlic and shadobeni is a must...next time try putting the sauces first then the salad stuff, thats why I do. (not sure if you try these already) but KFC, BBQ, chicken roti, duck and dhal puri and doubles next.

I saw this on Bizarre Food with Andrew Zimmern 15 years ago and put it on my bucket list. I was able to fulfill it 10 years ago and it was awesome. I still dream of it and hope to go back again one day.
