After spending my whole life in the church I didn't realize I was anxiously attached until after my divorce in 2021. I've spent the last 4 years struggling with the fact that I turned my family's lives upside down. When I'm in a pattern where someone doesn't love me back my first thought is I don't deserve to be loved for what I've done. I know God forgives me. I'm working on forgiving myself.
