Just get the stain out? 50:50 hydrogen peroxide and Dawn liquid dish detergent. Put it all over the stain and leave it (in the sun if that’s an option) for a few hours. Hand wash and good to go.

micellar water and Dawn has gotten washed, dried and set foundation stains out of thrifted pieces for me. i assume that’s a lip oil… lots of ways to remove oil and makeup stains

Please tell me you are not going to just buy another one! We already have such a problem with fast fashion and over consumption of clothes. Don’t waste what you have. Get the stain out or dye they top or sew pleats closed like you’re fixing a hole.
