Got this printer one year ago for my son and we keep having problems with the filament not sticking and it makes a birds nest. Tried many things to fix it but still having the issue. Any recommendations would be much appreciated.

if you have more of a budget I would prob recommend an a1 or a1 mini. I have the a1 and I haven't had any issues. I'm not super based with creality but bambulabs definitely has a ton of replacement parts and it's super easy to use.

I got this for my daughter for Christmas and I’m trying to figure out the computer part downloading the program and changing the file over to the SD card so we can actually print. I kinda wish I got a 3D printer with WiFi capability.
