we just closed on the 26, seller paid for a 2 1 buy down on a 5.73 rate. we couldn't be happier! we will refinance to get rid of PMI before the 3rd year.

These loan officers must be in the easiest markets in the country with no competition lol. Seller concessions are laughable in this market and a permanent buy down for rate lol? Show the lender that offers that please.
