It turned my stomach and I almost threw it up. I wish there was an alternative "chewable," like gu chews for endurance sports, that are a little easier on the stomach for those of us who don't tolerate sweet liquids.

I finished mine before the course of No Hands and it tasted like a flat sprite. I don’t understand why everyone was making it sound like I was going to be drinking toxic sludge

I drank it with my 1hr it was just so syrupy I got the sweats. I did the fresh test for my 3hr but still failed. But survived both tests.

they make me so sick I have thrown it up 6 times over 2 pregnancies...and because I am now "old" they want me to do it at 14 weeks and again at 28. I just don't want to do it twice! I know it's purpose. I appreciate the purpose. I am SOOO tired of throwing up already!

I never thought anything of it until I did it and it turned out I had gestational diabetes and my blood sugar was in the 300s. It’s just a drink that can save your life.
