Bro I usually like your video, but this one is a big NO. The shutter curtains are way more fragile compared to sensor. If the dust gets onto your sensor, it’s easy to clean. But if it gets stuck between the shutter blades, it can break the shutter.

Don't do that. The shutter is much more fragile than the sensor and very expensive to repair. Cleaning a sensor is easy and cheap.

On Nikon you don't have to go in menu. It automatically shuts when you switch the camera off.
