From what we’ve heard so far in the video I don’t hear the attitude or rudeness from the controller. It sounds like he’s trying to speak as clearly and calmly as possible and emphasizing certain words. He doesn’t sound very experienced, perhaps he’s even being coached by a trainer or supervisor.
