Those complaining about costs… clearly have no clue what our markets have become in Texas in 2025. Do I love the price - no. Is it realistic- yes. Beach close by, slow life and cozy… yes please. I see you.. I love it. This isn’t a family home… this is an investment property or a second home. Not a primary. I see you. It’s beautiful for what it is.

Wayyy overpriced!! I live in Galveston and people need to check out the location and surrounding area. Is there a driveway or just street parking?? Too many vehicles are vandalized or hit sitting on the street. Where are the closets??? 900 square feet for $279k! Geesh
