@daveaspreyofficial: Want to know my secret to airplane air? Xylitol nasal spray. Airplane air is dry, low in oxygen, and full of toxins. It creates micro-cracks in your sinuses where bacteria can enter. Xylitol gets bacteria drunk (not you) so they can't stick to surfaces. The salt water keeps your sinuses moist and prevents cracks. I take it further by adding one drop of iodine to the entire bottle. That creates a weak antimicrobial solution that kills pathogens on contact. I use this every flight and haven't had airplane sinus issues in years. For my whole travel protocol, including how to avoid jetlag, comment "Jetlag" and I'll send you the link!
