The daith wasn’t to bad for me but technically she was wrong and this is from someone that did the daith for headache benefits , there is no science proving that the daith works like acupuncture. People have reported it worked for that but there’s no science behind it . It worked for me for a bit but that was about 9 years ago and i now get headaches again
