@diamondsdiaries: The truth is, I’m still working on my core strength. Lifting weights is easy. Body control is hard. That is why I took my ab workout out of the box & decided to train on the literal box. It’s easy to practice on the floor where if you fall it’s not a big fail. It’s more difficult to practice somewhere higher and more confined where one mistake could be a big woopsie. Today I practiced my leg raises with my feet together. This takes tons of body control. Your legs act as weights, and you can counteract yourself using your legs. Toes together forces all my abs to engage….i really have to pull up on my abs to pull my feet to the ceiling. Today my abs were shaking, 🫨 I felt unstable, but looking at video you can’t even really tell, and that shows you how far my body control has come. Train different. Don’t train to be in the crowd. Train to be set apart. If you put off challenging yourself physically, most likely you’re not risking other areas of your life where you could be improving. It’s only you setting your limit. But God called you to overcome fear. Without fear, you’d be unstoppable. What would your life look like if you showed up in faith? #Fitness #fitnessmotivation #headstandchallenge #coreworkout #gymgirl
