I know the packaging says unflavored on the powder. But that doesn’t mean that it is flavor less. I cannot take any of the powders mixed with anything it taste so disgusting to me. I do not drink coffee or anything hot and I think perhaps that’s the key to being able to tolerate that stuff.

The capsules require 3 capsules per day, which is only a fraction of the amount of collagen compared to 2 scoops per day of the powder. It’s just propaganda. I’ll stick with the powder. That said, I love Microingredients!!

The biotin is WAY WAY WAY WAY over the daily limit and can make some people very very sick. Please talk to your doctor about the amount of biotin amount before starting it. My doctor asked me to please not use this one, and to go with a different brand.
