that's why they come with safety straps or safety anchors that you're supposed to attach to the walls. I bought some cheap cloth drawer, particle board nightstands and they even had them.

if only they had a safety strap you could attach to the dresser and then to a single stud in the wall to prevent all of this. Welp i guess no one has thought about that so oh well

Safety straps should definitely be installed, but can we also think about maybe extending the front facing legs put a bit further for forward stability? / not |
