Losing body fat and stuff isn’t just about the exact diet it’s more about calories you can eat absolute rubbish but eating 2000 cals and you can lose fat slowly but it’s better to eat clean for example 150g protein or 1.6g protein x bodyweight and 231g carbs and 50g fat daily
