Anybody in their right mind knows when a cop turns his camera off, he's up to no good period if you don't want to be filmed, you're done something wrong, that's why you can't get the recordings when they do stuff wrong.

Can you come to Illinois and work on the misconduct of the police officer and the court violating rights? The Elgin police department in Illinois has done wrong to me. The Elgin police department is corrupt and racist. They harass innocent people in their town. They do not protect them but harass them. I am the victim. They have been harassing me. Det. Christopher Valle made a fake Report and fabricated evidence to harm me and destroy my life. They want the innocent to be unlawfully convicted. Kane County State’s Attorney Jaime, prosecutor Cathy, and Judge John Barsanti lied. There is no crime committed by me. But worked on convicting me unlawfully. They are racist and corrupt.
