My new 6 week challenge starts tomorrow! Join us in bio 🫂— The logic just doesn’t hold up, kids. 🤯 If femininity is *supposedly* tied to pregnancy and motherhood, then strength and fitness should logically be feminine too. Pregnancy, childbirth, recovery, raising children… these are ALL clearly physically demanding things? Resistance training and being strong, objectively helps in soo many different scenarios within those. I will never understand how being the healthiest version of yourself, does not correlate with being a feminine version of yourself. Also, ignoring the logic discussion - just as a gentle reminder, there are of course scenarios where a woman cannot physically train during pregnancy for various health reasons. Always speak to your doctor first for the green light. Or scenarios outside of your control, where even if you stay active and resistance train - pregnancy, childbirth and recovery are still complicated. Or periods of life where training simply isn’t at the top of your priority list. You are simply a warrior for getting through it all and trying your best. You should be proud of yourself no matter what. The main conclusion here is, don’t let anyone’s idea of “tiny, fragile femininity” stop you from prioritising your health, your strength, your independence. Pursue health. Pursue strength. Pursue independence. And do it all UNAPOLOGETICALLY. Love you lots ❤️ We start my new TRANSFORM 2.0 challenge this Monday, May 18th! Join us in bio to become your strongest happiest self, and ignore the noise with us.
