Not sure if you’ve looked into standard warehouse beams and uprights (the orange and green kind you’d see in home depot) but those can be surprisingly cheap, at least over here in Miami. Lotta people getting rid of that stuff for the low too

Should check out the Seville classics wired shelving. they have some options with lockable wheels for easy transport if you have to move. you can leave your product on them, wrap it with plastic wrap, unlock the wheels, and roll onto a truck. makes moving a breeze.
