Hi sorry tried to comment on the other video but they were turned off. I'm not sure how your lil girl takes to eye drops but the brand allaway work really well it will also bring the puffiness down ( with out backseat parenting I would suggest an allergy text) I'm allergic to adhesives if I use lash glue or been rubbing my eyes a lot I've had them puff up like your daughters
