a week after I finished the forge at basic all the skin on the bottom of my feet started peeling off, it dident hurt terribly because the skin had already separated but it was an experience

If you do cross country for about 7 years and then one day after you stop this will happen. Slightly itchy and just weird but the whole sole of your foot comes off. Let me know if any other runners experienced this.
