Christians say "peace be with you" in church (and the traditional response is "and also with you)!! same greeting, different languages. I have also heard shalom used, but only in songs iirc, its been a while since I attended church

I just wanted to say I love your videos. I’m a goat burning pagan 🤣🤣 BUT my daughter is a revert and as a family we used to belong to an evangelical church many identities ago. Our household is a mix of many religions and we educate each other in our beliefs in a respectful way just like your videos, keep up the fantastic work ❤️❤️

I used to be a delivery driver with all Muslims and me, I heard them greeting each other and asked them if it was rude if I greeted them the same, they taught me how to say it and from that day every day that’s how we greeted each other xxx

Assalamualaikum is more than a greeting, it is a declaration of peace and a social contract. It means I am coming in peace, I am not going to fight you, cheat you, or lie to you. An expression of goodness. If the intention is otherwise, assalam Ala Man Itbaa Alhuda, is used, it means peace to the follower of the right path.
