So I’m from the south but I live in Western PA for many many years now so I do a combination of both. We have pork tenderloin with kielbasa and sauerkraut and hotdog and then I do collard greens mashed potatoes, Black Eyed Peas Holly, which is fried cabbage with noodles and that has ham in it as well as the collards then I’ll do macaroni and cheese and cornbread! It’s one of my favorite meals of the year! Happy new year to you and best of luck!❤❤❤
