Step 2 - Sauté veggies: In the same pan with the salmon oil, sauté onion, shimeji mushrooms, and corn. Season lightly with salt and black pepper. Step 3 - Make the sauce: Mix hot water, miso, and soy sauce until smooth. (For babies, reduce the sauce by half.) Step 4 - Rice cooker: Add rice, sautéed veggies, sauce, a pinch of bonito powder, deboned salmon, and 1 cup water into the rice cooker. Step 5 - Final seasoning: Take out baby’s portion first, then stir in butter, salt, and black pepper for the rest. Done!
