Pennsylvania vs. Mimms: When the police tell you to get out, you MUST get out. Always. Every time. Even if the reason for the stop seemed bogus, he should have argued his case IN COURT, not on the side of the road. Now he’s got a busted car, a resisting charge, a night in jail, and has to pay bail.
