The get the haze out just keep scrubbing with the sponge. Make sure you get clean ones and keep going it’ll take 4-5 passes.

I wouldn't recommend moving in until the floors are in at a minimum. Building a house gets a lot more annoying once someone starts living in it. At the very least dont move any furniture in until floors are installed.

My husbands a builder, he said you needed to have 2 buckets with water and sponges. As you grout use one sponge and bucket for excess then the second cleaner water and sponge as you go. Do not continue grouting until the tile is clean 😁

Use a mop!! To get rid of the haze I used to have to go back after the tile guys and clean up the grout haze

We JUST finished tiling our kitchen. We started with four, then took a break til the next day. I doubt ours are as perfect as yours, but I’m head over heels in love.

A vinegar wash will remove the haze. Use warm water and a couple splashes of white vinegar. Just make sure the grout is fully set first. I usually do it with a sponge
