None of those variables in the lift equation factor in so-called Newtonian forces because Newtonian forces are not taught in aerodynamics as contributing to lift. The FAA's explanations have historically purported that a Newtonian component accounts for some of the lifting force, but these 'forces' have never been included in the lift equation. It potentially could, however, be argued that such forces might account for certain types of drag (particularly the vectors associated with induced drag), but that isn't discussed here. Just more of the same parroting of nonsense that has got unknowing candidates that have never studied aerodynamics through written and oral portions of flight exams being given by designated examiners that have forgotten any aerodynamics they may have studied decades before in favor of checking the boxes associated with the FAA's wrote level questions.
