They have private and public baths and we opt in for the private one so my boyfriend and I can enjoy the Onsen together. They also have a large private Onsen that you can rent out and enjoy with your family! It’s always recommended to call and make a reservation. If you’re only coming for the public Onsen, day passes are offered but no need to make a reservation. We went earlyDecember where Mt Fuji is most likely to be visible.
