I was 13 when John came to Denver and idolized him. I was a loud donkey fan and cried when we lost those first 2 Super Bowl. I was 19 when they lost again to 49rs. So many exciting games until he beat the packers and I felt that excitement too. Then went to afc championship game against jets, his last home game ever. When he said he loved his fans it was powerful being in the south stands. So many tears of joy. I was always gonna get a 7 tattooed on my arm but never did and would tell people he was my dad. Loved his determination and grit. Goes to show u how hard work really can pay off sometimes in the way u want it. Go Broncos

I wish the team would have been here in Colorado. The streets were lined with elated fans from Boulder to Denver!! It certainly was a moment in time that will stay with me the rest of my life!!🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰

My dad and I bonded over football and the Broncos when I was a kid. It’s one of the few things that helped us get along. He was overjoyed when they finally won the Super Bowl. And now I’m teaching my kids to love the Broncos 😁
