Tbf waiters actually get an actual good hourly rate. In the States most times is like $6 dollars and everything else is based on the tip we’d pay 😩

The issue isn’t even paying more money by all means mark the goods up by 20% it’s the idea that it’s meant to be choice for good service and the service isn’t always good. So simply make the $5 items worth $6 and so forth if you want that extra 20% fee to pay staff.
