I started doing the set nap times instead of wake windows at 6 months after watching your video and it changed my life. my baby went from 30 min naps consistently for months on end to 1-1.5 hour naps 🙏

My girl is 5.5 months. She’s been consistently sleeping through the night since 7:15p-7a since 11 weeks. We just switched to the Dana method for 2 naps 9:15 and 1:15 last week. She did great for a few days and took 1.5-2 hour naps. However now she’s only making it 45 minutes to maybe an hour and she’s so fussy. Recommendations??

Do you find a lot of fussiness if the wake window is longer like 3 or 4 hours? My (almost) 7 month old gets tired around 2 hours pretty consistently so I don’t know if I’m ready to make that shift yet!

We’ve implemented the 9:15 and 1:15 and have tried weaning the last remaining night feed but now baby wakes up at 5!!! 😩😩 Have you ever experienced that ?

How can I tell when a good time to transition to 2 naps? My baby’s at the end of 7mnths. She has always slept through the night since I had her. But she’s been waking up 1-2x like at 2am. Wake 6:30-bed 8/8:30

My almost 7 month old sleeps from 8pm-630am no wake ups in the night. Naps at the same time everyday 830am, 12pm, 430pm when should I drop the last nap? He goes by the 2 hour wake window for the first nap and the rest of the wake windows are 3 hours. He wakes from him last nap at 130pm just so he can make it to his 4:30pm nap time and sleeps for 30mins until 5pm for the 3 hour wake window until 8pm his bedtime.

I’m trying to implement the Dana method with my sleep trained 8 month old but today she wouldn’t take the 1 pm nap! Just rolled around for 30 mins and wined til I got sick of it. Suggestions? Maybe tomorrow will be better

My 6mo is sleep trained for nights but still wakes once for a feed 😩 he also takes the ~915 and ~115 naps and usually sleeps 1h10m and 1h15m and then his cat nap pushes bedtime to like 9pm. Do we still keep bedtime the same? Wouldn’t he be undertired?
