how does this work? i bought it i’ve seen videos where they said you put it on the area you have hair for 20/30 mins and then wipe it off and the hair is gone? and my doesn’t work so how do i use this please??

I saw an add of it decided to buy it because it was on “sale” for “9$” next thing they was charging shipping.🤦♀️I understood and I said Alr I go for the 10$ shipping. I completed the order to find out the shipping changed to 14$?? In total I spent 25??? This was ridiculous 🤦♀️I couldn’t even get to see when they charged me 14 for it because my total didn’t show until I actually buy the product.🤦♀️
