I don’t think it’s mentioned enough how terrifying this episode was bc the doctor genuinely almost died. mass hysteria and being defeated by a faceless entity that we still don’t know anything about that almost got him chucked into space????

Mind you that The Doctor is suppossed to have knowledge of all time and space yet he didnt knew what was that and the first and only thing he didnt know about in WHOLE SERIES. Maybe something that sliped when he came to this universe as Timeless Child? That entity was atemporal too as could go ahead of the time, things that didnt happened yet

It was such a good representation of how people deal with stress and the unknown. How people will always have some form of distrust towards the doctor bc to them he doesn’t have a name, just a title, and therefore they cannot connect to him.
