My daughter could not TALK, called them and they made her come in. Of course they were full staffed, sent her home. I guess they thought she was faking it not knowing that kid is more honest than any adult I know.

On Xmas eve, one of my staff came in, for sick in the bathroom before her shift. She went home. I couldn't replace her shift, since it was Xmas eve, and I wasn't about to call someone. We did what we could for the day. People aren't robots!
