She’ll regret not signing…. If she had signed they had no probable cause to search the car…? Or may be the search was still illegal? Not sure how that works! From what I heard cop said, if she had signed she would have been on her way. But u can’t drive on suspended, either they tow it or ask some one else to drive it. It happened to me 😂… suspended for out of state moving violation unpaid ticket. They towed the car and the cop dropped me home 😂!
