New Lagree Move of the Week: Skating Double Kick Hinge Don’t worry I pre-filmed content for the next few weeks as I recover and I’m so excited to show you this variation for Skating! This Double Kick Hinge is bilateral but can be done on both sides of Skating! The burn is real on this one! See details below! 🔥Resistance: At least 4 light springs or 1 grey on the Mini/Micro  🔥Duration: Starts at a minute  🔥Form/Alignment: Anchor the feet against the V panel (or against the S Straps) Press the carriage out hip distance and lower down into deep isometric squat hold, keeping the weight centered over the floor - NOT the front platform. 🔥Form/Alignment: Begin to press through both heels at the same time to extend both legs straight (always a soft bend) and start to hinge the torso forward to bring the chest parallel to the floor.  The hips should not move, allowing them to stay low the whole time in the same plane, not lifting up and down. As the legs start to bend back in, the torso rises back to the stat position.  🔥Pairing: Skating, Reverse Skating, Skating Double Kick,, Skating Kick Twist 🔥Tempo: You must go slow always starting at a 4 count (8-10 seconds) 🔥Mods: Anchor feet closer together for more resistance, bring feet further apart for less resistance.
