Why do you need health care if you can pay out of pocket I’m a nurse and haven’t had health insurance in 10 years when you learn it’s cheaper to pay when you need to. People should have a say in their health care you don’t have to have health insurance.

I hate it cause we HAVE to have insurance for my son. His heart medication is 6k a month for just one medicine without insurance 🥴 and all my asthma medications are expensive too. It’s never a win win with anything health care i swear🙄

As someone who works for hospitals and sees how much insurance is messed up self pay is 9/10 times cheaper than because it’s done at Medicare rates which are significantly lower

How obnoxious that people are concerned about YOUR bills 😅 like it doesn't matter if you spend $100s on random cap, no one can spend thousands on health care a month that aren't upper class. I can go out and spend $400 on a random Friday, $5000 a month however is literally double all of my bills.

I work for a huge insurance company…it should say something that myself and coworkers, including my boss, considered not enrolling in coverage this year. We ultimately did because we were scared not to, but it was seriously considered.
