When you pay those prices at a "fine dining" restaurant, you aren't paying for the food. Your paying for the seat, the decor, the ambiance and the social bragging rights. You're paying for the packaging and presentation. Your choice to do so.

Javier's isn't fine dining by any stretch. The food is decent and super consistent. It is overpriced for sure, but you are paying for the ambiance. Their build outs are beautiful.
