I can't understand why not deepen to 3.5m instead of current about 1.7m to 2.5m. All we just waiting till the rain comes heavier and heavier till the drain can't take it anymore than re-do again and again.

Are you sure or not? This is one of the thing, you go and check NEA contractor after they cut the glass there left it on the ground.and will clock up the drainage. NEA No action taken . all depend on the contractor. NA officer only sit at the office.
