same for me I didn’t see my certificate in achievements either after contacting Support. They sent it to me directly, and I found out it was because for some reason, they only added this certificate for the original account not the new non-activation fee accs.

you should be good , just be patient and don’t rush the winning days .. probably just a glitch i’ve never had any payout issues with topstep
