Nah because a pilonidal cyst is the worst pain I’ve ever gone through and I’ve shattered my foot and have had two c-sections one of which I was in labor for 60+ hours and none of that topped the cyst pain. 😭 get the surgery to get it out or it will keep coming back to haunt you. 😭😭😭
