@danyelbrews: The last gear of the year. Saving the unboxing of the iKAPE K2 Pro for last, and honestly, it feels like a proper way to wrap things up. A fully electric portable espresso maker that runs a true 58 mm basket, pulls a proper double shot (18–20 g), and gets close to home-machine quality in a compact setup. It has a built-in heating system that works with both cold and hot water, heats to around 93 °C in about 3 minutes, and is powered by a 13,500 mAh battery—good for around 6–8 full heat-and-brew shots on a single charge, depending on water volume. App control adds more flexibility with temperature, pre-infusion, and extraction time customization, which is rare for portable machines. This one’s definitely staying in rotation; I’ll be using it more at home, outdoors, and alongside my usual setup to see how far a portable espresso machine can really go.
