As someone who cleaned for 11 years on and off….. I promise you we judge your character and actions BEFORE we ever judge your home. If you are nice and kind, the dirtiest house is worth cleaning judgment free. We are always harder in our self’s than others are on us ❤

My mom has been a house cleaner for almost 15 years, she says all she cares about is that the client doesn’t interfere with her work and the money don’t worry about being judged!!

As a cleaner, the only time I get judgmental is when the client has unrealistic expectations and is rude about it. If they’re cool and understand how long it may take the first few cleans I do for them, idc at all how messy it is. If they’re like “no it’s not that bad it should only take 2 hrs, oh and don’t use any chemicals except vinegar” and then the house is WRECKED, then maybe you’ll catch some judgement from me 😅

I’m a single mom, but I suffer from a connective tissue disease and very much believe in the spoon theory. I don’t want to use my spoons cleaning my house. Money is always tight, but I budget to pay for cleaners and opt to use my spoons for my full time job and shuttling my son between his sports teams. I will always be grateful to my house cleaners and that luxury I budget for!

I live in a 2 bedroom apartment, I have a cleaning lady that comes once a month to do the deep cleaning and we tidy up once a week. It helps my cleaning lady financially and helps me run errands on my only day off from work

I've helped my Mom clean houses a few years ago when she would clean some of her coworkers houses and they were NEVER ever there when we came. It would be fine obviously but I would have been super nervous when I would go clean the bedrooms. So I recommend leaving next time 😉😜

My mom is a house cleaner and I’ve worked with her for 8 years it’s stressful for us too because we know when you’re nervous. It’s easier for everyone if you just leave and come back.
