Gusto ko lang sabihin na sobrang strong mo sa acne journey mo. Hindi siya madali, at may mga araw talagang nakakapagod at nakakababa ng confidence—at okay lang yun. Valid ang nararamdaman mo. Minsan mabagal ang progress, pero healing takes time. Hindi ibig sabihin na wala nang improvement. Tandaan mo, acne doesn’t define your beauty or your worth. Isa lang siyang phase, hindi ikaw mismo. You are still beautiful, still enough, kahit ano pa ang skin condition mo. Be kind to yourself. Darating din yung araw na magiging proud ka sa sarili mo dahil hindi ka sumuko. 🤍

Ganyan na ganyan din nangyare skn sez pero healed napo sya ngayon, dealing with acne scars and acne marks nlg. I pray gumaling na lht ng nakakaranas ng ganito, nakakawala tlg sya sya ng confidence 😔

Ganda mo parin ket may acne mhie, so happy for you, nag isotret din ako kaso ang mahal talaga kay 3 months kolang tinake pero nawala completely yung acne ko, i’m using the panoxyl creamy wash and adapalene rn and sobrang ganda ng result sakin 🥹
