Here is ur answer for ur big bang theory - is Genesis 1:1, which states: "In the beginning God created the heavens and the earth". This opening verse of the Bible establishes God as the creator of all things, with the subsequent verses describing the six-day creation process.

The theory I think is probably true is that the universe goes through an expansion and crunch infinitely. When the universe reaches its maximum expansion, it starts to collapse and everything falls in on itself. Creating an unfathomably dense single point, which is unstable and it expands again and the cycle continues. With that, if it’s infinite. All of us, have always existed, like there would be s time when me and you know eachother.
