It’s amazing to me how some people have lives where they just lose everybody and there are so many things around them that happen and they are so resilient. The worst thing to happen to a mother is losing her daughter.

Tatiana Celia Schlossberg fought with remarkable courage, dignity and fierce love not just for herself, but for her family, her children and for all those battling cancer. In her own words, she described trying to live fully amidst treatment and memory, reminding us how precious every moment truly is. She wrote about the everyday joys and the deep human connections that defined her life even as she faced the hardest fight imaginable a reminder that life, however fragile, is deeply meaningful. Her commitment went beyond her own story she spoke openly about the importance of scientific research and health care, and how every patient deserves the best possible chance for a cure. May her brave witness, her beautiful spirit, and her belief in progress inspire others to support research, compassion, and care for all those who suffer. My deepest condolences to her husband, her children, her parents Caroline and Edwin, and her siblings. Tatiana’s light will not be forgotten.
