I always say they don’t come out. Which mine are all flat backs so it’s easier to lie about 😅 I don’t think I’ve ever even had to take out my smiley either like even when I had my wisdom teeth removed

bro, I don’t even have that many piercings, but they made me take all of mine out when I went to the orthodontist to take some photos of my teeth and I only have ear piercings😭
