@mandyrulez: How to make this granny square book blanket: Comment if you want a full video breaking down the process, but for now here are the details! Granny square tutorial: "Sun and Moon" granny square from CreggysCrochet on YT Color scheme: I picked three colors (pink, purple and yellow) and grabbed different shades of those colors to depict aspects of each book, use whatever three main colors you want! My moon shades correlate with the book genre (sci-fi, fantasy, YA, romance, horror/thriller and litfic). I used six different shades but choose whatever genres you read and categorize them however you want! If you don’t read much sci-fi or fantasy those two are perfect to combine. My sun shades correlate to the star rating, all yellow except for my five star shade which is a glittery silver to stand out. The pink borders show how I read the book: audio, ebook, physical or tandem (a combination of reading formats)! I can’t wait to show you guys what I’m planning for the 2026 blanket!! I have much more crochet experience now so I think I’m setting myself up for a more fun blanket experience! #readinggoals #beginnercrochet #booktokfy #bookish #crochettok
